  • • Has current ABLE liquor license and responsible beverage sales training certificates.

    • Assists with the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the bar and bar area.

    • Outgoing and friendly personality. Ensures all items are stocked and ready.

    • Participates is Opening and Closing procedures as needed.

    • Must be willing to pour wine table side on occasion.

    • Available evenings and weekends.

  • Item Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Set up banquet room according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, and decorations.

    • Supervise banquet staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

    • Manage event timelines and ensure all activities are executed on schedule.

    • Drive catering vehicles to functions.

    • Ability to lift 30lbs. of weight and capable of loading and unloading catering equipment from vehicles.

    • Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.

    • Address any client concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

    • Pull and organize catering equipment for assigned function.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional service to our clients and guests.

    • Willingness to work collaboratively and positively within a high-functioning team.

    • Help maintain and foster an environment of mutual respect.

    • Experience working in a banquet or hospitality environment preferred.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • • Has current food handlers permit.

    • Assist Captain in executing an event.

    • Assignments may include but not limited to:

    - serving food and beverage

    - replenishing buffet

    - clearing tables

    - setting up buffets and food stations

    - washing dishes

    - taking the trash out

    - moping floor, etc.

  • • This internship will help develop a wide range of leadership and functional experience in the food & beverage management industry.

    • Work hands-on at catering events that could include weddings, social, corporate, and gala events with our supervisors and/or culinary team.

    • Shadow our sales team to develop an understanding of the steps in the catering sales process from prospecting a client, closing a sale, and making sure the event is a success.

    • The position may include office hours and operational focus setting up and working events.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Candidate must be highly organized and result oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and support to multiple positions.

    • Demonstrate poise and professionalism.

    • Excellent communication skills and impeccable customer service.

    • Teamwork aptitude required.

    • Ability to stand/sit/walk for long periods of time.

  • • Has current food handlers permit.

    • Has current ABLE liquor license and responsible beverage sales training certificates.

    • Has complete and comprehensive knowledge of all menu items including specials.

    • Prepares food as needed for café operations and events as needed using basic restaurant equipment.

    • Assists with overall cleanliness and sanitation of café and kitchen.

    • Ensure all items are stocked on front displays and reach in coolers.

    • Assemble food items for food display units for quick service.

  • • Responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner.

    • Expected to be attentive to the needs of guests while making them feel welcome.

    • Assist with the proper and timely set-up, execution and breakdown of café or portable stand.

    • Server will prepare orders.

  • • Assist in the production of hot or cold food for concession stands and catering events.

    • They will work to ensure food quality and have food prepared in a timely manner.

    • Help operate, maintain and clean kitchen stations and appliances.

  • • Pull and deliver orders to various concession locations throughout the grounds.

    • Work to maintain inventory of product and supplies at all operating locations.

    • Assist in moving concession equipment for event set up and break down.
